We are people who like art. We use GIMP. That is the most important here What is GIMP? It is GNU Image Manipulation Program - exactly what the name says GIMP is a free equivalent of PhotoShop. It works on most systems which exist nowadays. We make wonderful pictures with it. That's all what should be said.

Hello, I'm beginner at scripting to Gimp ... I had to reinstall windows and clear all files. I downloaded Gimp 2.6 from original site, but it turned out that I'm missing "script-fu-register" and "script-fu-menu-register" files. I'll try to reinstall Gimp, but could someone send me those files? I'd be grateful. [calsberq@gmail.com]

Don't hate me cause I'm hot and your not Your lucky I'm wasting my time on ya
I have a client that uses photoshop, and I do a similar work with SAI (sometimes on gimp), but some of his files don't open on SAI but do in gimp, but now, in Sai I receive the following message: "Color mode is only accepted 8bit in RGB in PSD loader" And unlike the other ones, that I open on gimp and just create a new file with it, nothing happens on gimp, just a transparent layer.
Please what is happening? I really need this work!

There's no talent, ART means Skill. People annoyingly wait for miracles, pretending not know the fact they can do one themselves.
Today is the last day of the FSF's membership drive-- and they have really been turning up their game lately. If you appreciate free software, please join and help meet the goal!
And spread the word on mailing lists and social networks: * Reddit- [link] * StatusNet - [link] * Twitter- [link]
<<The Free Software Foundation has, since 1985, fought for digital freedom in many different ways. As the battles they fight grow more diverse, they are casting about for new supporters.
Please, consider following the link above and giving 10 dollars a month this year to help fund battles against UEFI secure boot, programs supporting the use of Ogg Vorbis, and legal action against GPL violators. Help these great people do their jobs, so that we can move forward in the battle for digital freedom.
I recently wrote to you about the aftermath of SOPA (see my blog post), and how it related to free software and free culture. Since the FSF is tied (loosely) to organizations like the Blender Foundation and Libre.fm, the support you give will go towards saving those free services and others that could very well put the nail in the entertainment lobby's coffin.
This ends my plea--thank you for reading, and I hope I can see you all in the FSF member forums soon!>>
